If you are not 100% satisfied with your new JANGA, simply send us back

JANGAS are meant to be sucks free. Love em…Keep em, if not send us back.
All returns and Exchanges must be sent to:

Note: We strongly advise registered / tracking option.
All returns must be in NEW condition. Unworn with tags still attached.
All returns must be sent in the original JANGApackage carton box.
All returns must contain original receipt purchase.
If you wear the wetsuit in the water we will not be able to refund or exchange the wetsuit.
Our R&D and Customer care department will very carefully inspect all returns.
Sorry no exceptions.
- Items purchased from JangaWetsuits.com which are not FINAL SALE may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment if returned within 30 days of receipt.
- All returns must have a copy of the original receipt or invoice with the returned item.
- The shipping & handling charge for online orders are not refunded for returns.
- Collect and unauthorized returns will be refused.
- JANGA reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee plus any unpaid freight on all returned orders past 30 days from the purchase date.
- Packing Instructions: All return merchandise must be packed in original carton box loosely to avoid creasing damage to the wetsuit(s).
- Any creasing damage can result in a 10% – 20% damage charge for returned items. In extreme cases we will deny the return. (Do not pack the wetsuit(s) into a tiny box.)
- JANGA has no duty to accept the return of any merchandise for replacement when purchaser is in default of any payment due.
- Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit to the original method of payment or store credit will be applied within 7 business days. During high traffic periods, it can take up to 14 business days to process your return.

IMPORTANT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
ANY RETURN EXPENSES DUE CUSTOM DUTTIES / PAPERWORK AND OTHERS than JANGA can’t control will be on Customers.
- Gift cards.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts, or any item that is. returned more than 30 days after delivery will only be eligible for partial refund or may be deemed non-refundable.
- Sale items (if applicable).
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
